We can't guarantee it'll be cooler here, but we can promise quiet. Not silence, mind you. There's still the splash of the walleye jumping in the morning, and the songbirds singing, and the crackling fire as roast your s'more. Yeah, we can't wait until you're here yet either.

Everything’s bigger in Texas, but you know what we like? Cozy. A nice cozy cabin, a cozy private lake, and a cozy community enjoying the great outdoors. We’ll agree with you on big game, but luckily we’ve got that too. Yeah, we can’t wait until you’re here either.
